Kitchen Refurbishment

This project included the removal of two structural walls to open up the ground floor. The installation of an RSJ beam. The space was then re-purposed to allow for a new kitchen with services provided, electrics and plumbing. Renovations took place to the complete space, with the floors being strengthened, striped back and sanded with an oil finish. Walls were re-plastered, and decorated. A further room to this floor was decorated with an opening for a new door to the rear being created.

New Crittal windows and doors replaced the old ones in these areas.

To the rear of the building a suspended hardwood decked area was created with a new staircase installed leading to the rear garden.

The rear of the building was re-decorated.
