Conservation and listed building works
When carrying out conservation or maintenance works on listed buildings, it’s crucial that you work with a conservation builder with the knowledge and expertise to complete the works successfully, to a high standard, while keeping in-line with strict regulations. Westoaks are that building company.
We are a family-run conservation building company with experience working on Grade I, Grade II and Grade II* listed buildings. These buildings are of special interest and their features must therefore be retained, which means all renovation and maintenance works must be in-keeping with the original building.
Over the years, we have completed projects of all sorts on listed buildings, including damp prevention, timber care and replacement of rotting timber, reconstruction of window frames, re-building fireplaces, repairing and replacing roof tiles, and structural works.
